House is canal front with an open solar heated pool.Great fishing or relaxing from a private dock. Fishing poles supplied if needed. Enjoy stunning sunsets while sitting comfortably in the backyard. Close to downtown Stuart(5 minutes)and restaurants beaches. Walking distance to a golf course. Shopping mall,Publix, and Wine Outlet down the road . The First Floor master bedroom has a queen bed and private new bathroom. Second floor master bedroom with a king bed,private deck and bathroom .Third bedroom with queen size bed .Fourth bedroom with 2 twin size beds .Pullout sofa bed in downstairs living room.Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Dinnerware for 15+ and much more. Spices, paper product. Close to both Jensen and Stuart Beaches and restaurants. Private neighborhood with beautiful Scenic walking paths and a golf course down the street. Don’t forget to to catch beautiful sunsets on the canal while lounging in your private pool.Beautiful front porch sitting area, there is a ring doorbell camera at front door when walking in to house . The garage is not accessible to renters.

Summary: This was the PERFECT home for our family, who came down to celebrate the holidays (possibly last) with my mom/their grandmother. Big usable and well appointed kitchen , comfortable lounge areas, enough space to have “personal space “ & the pool was the icing on the cake. Beautiful views from our deck. Just what the doctor ordered

Summary: The property was rented for my family who came to Florida to participate in my wedding. I did not actually stay on site. My daughters, their husbands and my grandchildren stayed on site. I visited several times with my fiancé, now husband, and we thought the place was great. My adult kids were very pleased with the house, said it had everything they needed and they were especially grateful for the plentiful towel supply! The location couldn’t have been better!

Summary: We’ve been coming to this property for several years now, and always have a great time. It’s nice to know what to expect/what we don’t have to bring, and the property is well suited for our family with grandparents and young kids. We noticed, especially this year, that there were a few things that could use updating (e.g., some very old beach towels, some cabinet items that have been in residence for three years or more, the pack and play could use a good cleaning), but none of these got in the way of our trip being enjoyable. Mary was very prompt and clear in communication, the property is in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the river inlets, and the pool is just the right size for our young kids. All in all - another excellent year.

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised to find that our home for 9 people was perfect. Lots of rooms to spread out, adequate pool, beautiful views, could hop on a pick up boat and tule around, plus get to the ocean, close to Stewart - especially by boat. Then our hostess was spot on when we needed help, and Mary Rose was very gracious. Highly recommend.

Summary: We were very happy with our stay and would stay there again. Only downside for us was the inability to use the dock (not the lift) but still enjoyable. It's a very family-oriented house to stay at. The location was fantastic.
